The five-question script
Call the location using a number from its official website. Ask: Is the senior offer active today? What age or membership qualifies? Which items are excluded? Is ID required? Can it be combined with another promotion?
Record the date and staff member’s first name.
Bring the membership card or ID only if the policy requires it.
At checkout, confirm the discount before paying.
Treat urgency as a warning
A legitimate public discount should not require gift cards, cryptocurrency, remote access to your device, or a password. Stop and verify independently if a message creates pressure.
